I use a broadband connection( ipv4 ) & also a 4G modem on my Laptop. After connecting the internet everything works fine, but when I disconnect the internet( but don't close the firefox ) and again connect the internet, It appears that the search toolbar do not work. address bar still works , but when I write something on search toolbar It just don't do anything. I know that using the address bar I can search anything by default on google. But I think this problem should be solved as chrome still working fine in this matter.

Is there a search engine selected if you click the search engines icon on the search bar?

Try to delete the search.json file and possible search-metadata.json and search.sqlite files in the Firefox profile folder to reset the search engines to the default.

Firefox will rebuild the search.json file from the default search engines in the "browser\searchplugins" folder in the Firefox program folder and the searchplugins folder in the Firefox profile folder.

You can check if you have the XML files of the default search engines including Google in the browser\searchplugins folder in the Firefox program folder.

If not then you need to reinstall Firefox.
