I downloaded webpages using Scrapy and host them on local web server. The pages are all html but written in different file name pattern. When I open the webpages with the pattern like ".seed" through links , the firefox could not load it like html. If I choose open with firefox, it will download the file and go back to the same situation. How could I have firefox to read the file as html? Big thanks ahead!

You would have to configure that web server to send the files as text/html to make Firefox render the files as HTML.
