When started it seems like something started to download

When I start Firefox and start to type something in the Google search window, the gray arrow shows up. As if something started to download (when the green arrow goes from "the middle of the screen" to the right corner), but there is nothing downloading currently.

I f this is the same as https://support.mozilla.org/de/questions/983687 (what I expect) please close this one (by marking one answer as solution on the right), that we don't have two similar questions from the same user.
