My problem is not getting a copy of sent emails sent to my sent box in thunderbird. I have windstream for my internet provider and have heard that thunderbird has issues with windstream. Can you help with this problem and also where and when do I find my answers to this question? Please send an email or something. My email address is

I asked a question this morning and got an email answer. I wish to follow it up through the support forum but cannot find where the question and answer have been placed. I have two User names because when I tried to post my question this morning it made me re-register with a different user name. I assumed this was because I was using a different email address. I have 4 email addresses in TB and I had originally registered my user name and password using a different email address. I re-registered with a different user name and posted my question but now I cannot find the second user name only the first. The question is not posted or answered under the first user name.

Only you know, or should know, what username you used. I guess you need to figure that out for yourself.

Yes I DO know my second username but It is not 'listed' anywhere in order to click on it! How do I find the questions and answers relating to my questions. I can only access the first user name which is related to the first email address. When I go to my profile it registers the first email address only and if I change the email address to the second one, it just says this email address is already in use so ............. Where can I find simple instruction on how to use this forum?
