After changing my password in Outlook, Thunderbird can no longer log in. I have deleted the old password entry in password manager, restarted TB and entered the new password, but it doesn't work.

Soluție aleasă

Given Hotmail have recently changed the recommended servers (again) I suggest you confirm in your setting in Thunderbird the serer settings match those in your Hotmail web account. (Microsoft now personalize them.)

No I didn't implement 2 factor verification. I also don't have a problem retrieving outlook email on my phone using the Spark app.
