I just installed Firefox, and the menu I get is in Thai language. I can't seems to find a way to change it to English menu. Please help. I am using Firefox 42.0 and Mac OSX 10.11.1

Chosen solution

To choose your own language, download from this page:

https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

Now, I'm not a Mac person, but I understand that in order to switch from one language version of Firefox to another, you "trash" the current Firefox application -- without removing any personal data or settings -- and then install the new one.

But you might wait for a Mac person to confirm the details.
