This problem just popped up. when I try to download new emails I get the following alert. "The folder Inbox is full, and can't hold any more messages. To make room for more messages, delete any old or unwanted mail and compact the folder." I deleted my messages down to 6 remaining in the in-box with no attachments, emptied the trash, closed the program, shut down the computer and restarted and I still get the same message.

Did you compact it, as advised?
