Enable Norton Safe Web extension 

   Start Mozilla Firefox.

   Go to the Browser Protection page.

   Under Norton Safe Web, click Enable.

   Click Enable All Norton Features to get complete browser protection.

Unable to find and accomplish this procedure , anyone know how to resolve ?
