I have certain extensions that temporarily block my access to certain sites, including to my add-ons so I can't use it to disable the add-on. However, when I open firefox, I can easily access the "add-ons and themes" selection from the toolbar before the blocker takes effect, allowing me to access the add-ons page and disable the add-on before it blocks the site. Is there so way to hide or make it take longer to access this open? (Such as removing it from the tool bar)?

The new extensions button may enable you to do that. Click the cog alongside the extension name or right-click the extension and select Remove Extension.
