Have you followed the instructions in How to install Firefox on Windows

Are you able to follow the instructions and use an Administrative account, turn off UAC and disable security software ?

Do you get any error reports ?

Yes I am familiar with Administrative accounts... I have turned of UAC, but still no luck. There are no error reports.

This all started with the recent upgrade and the bug it has regarding Java.
