Last week I set up my hotmail account on Thunderbird using a laptop running Ubuntu and everything worked. However, when I try to set up the same account on Thunderbird using a laptop running Windows 10 Pro I get "Configuration could not be verified - is the username and password wrong?".

I am 100% sure my username and password is correct, and I have since logged into my hotmail account to confirm.

I am running Windows 10 Pro and Thunderbird v60.0.

I do not know why this is happening, and I would really like to use Thunderbird. Please help!

Thank you,

Aaron
