Having trouble with Thunderbird establishing a working connection with my live.com account. Keep getting error message "Login to server imap-mail.outlook.com with username [account]@live.com failed". Neither the default (imap.office365.com) nor other (imap-mail.outlook.com) settings work. Rechecked the other settings and found no error. Same live.com successfully loaded to iOS device. Have added hotmail, icloud and gmail accounts without problems. Help?

What do you have on that account for server settings? I've just tested with a new account set in TB v78.2.2. - imap and with automatic configuration - outlook dot office365 dot com and port 993 there is no issue (ssl/tsl + normal pass)

Does the live account have two-step verification? If it does, use an app password in place of the account password.
