I have installed Firefox 4 on home and work systems and they do not look the same. The home version has the new general menu button and the work version does not but rather still has the menu bar. Is this a vista and XP difference or is something wrong with one of them? I searched the database for this issue and apparently I'm the only one experiencing it.

The new interface is only default on Windows Vista and Windows 7. To get it on Windows XP you need to hide the menu bar. To do that in the View menu select Toolbars, then click on the "Menu Bar" entry.

If you need access to the menus you can press either Alt or F10 to temporarily display them.
