Accessing add-ons page fails due to https

more options

Since a recent upgrade of Firefox each time I use the Google Search provider in the search bar it fails because it uses https. I removed the Google search provider and attempted to re-install it but when I click on the 'Get More Search Engines' link Firefox attempts to connect to addons.mozilla.org again with https so it fails. It seems as though some recent update has switched a lot of sites over to https causing them to fail. This upgrade has turned the best browser I have into a completely unusable one. Please fix this TOP PRIORITY!!!!

Fixed it! Our I.T. department implemented WebSense and the root certificate isn't automatically installed into Firefox. Importing it manually fixed the problem.
