The error messages are:

1) "Connection to XXX (email address) server timed out..." 2) "Current operation on inbox not succeed..." 3) "Server XXX (email address) has disconnected..."

For your information, I'm using 6 email accounts, all setup with IMAP, from outlook.com and gmail.com, my OS is Windows 7 Pro, and the errors never happened previously. I tried searching everywhere possible but found no solution.

Does this happen for all the accounts or just the outlook.com ones? You might be able to tell from Tools/Activity Manager.

There are some new settings for outlook.com accounts that fix the problem with timeouts.

Problems seem solved after I changed the server settings of the Outlook accounts to: Incoming server: Outlook.Office365.com, Outgoing server: SMTP.Office365.com. Thank you!
