How can I remove check mark from "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed".

I would love the option of removing what ever fleas I picked up on one site not to be carried to the next site. In addition I don't want to be required to shut down and the sign back on again.

What would be really great is to allow the box to be checked for those who so desire and also allow removal by the deliberate action of removal.
