Mozilla is preventing a download from a vendor with an up to date security certificate; falsely stating it is not up to date.

The vendor showed me a screenshot of their certificate being up to date until 4-18-18.

I can't get the materials that I need from them.

If you do not have problems in connecting to https:// sites normally then perhaps your date/time on system is wrong.

Can you share the detail on the error page, in the section opened by the "Advanced" button. Does it specify when the certificate expired or provide other information that might help with understanding the issue?

Here it is:

"Your connection is not secure." "The owner of www.rbrbebeb.com. has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website."

They sent me a screenshot of their certification until 4-18-18

"Your connection is not secure." "The owner of www.rarabadin.com. has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website."

They sent me a screenshot showing that their certificate is up to date, until 4-18-18.

Is there an "Advanced" button on the error page that leads to more information?
