Sometimes, I need to copy text from elsewhere to insert in the body of an email. I can't find a way of changing the font from the inserted text, or removing emboldening, italics or underlining, when I want to revert to the original one I was using. I have tried all sorts of tricks, like writing the rest of the message inside the text with the original font, and then using control X and V, but as soon as I place it where I want it to be, it reverts to the style of the inserts. Maddening! Is there a way to do this, please?

You posted in the Firefox support fora queue. Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail" such as Yahoo!Mail or Gmail. You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

If your problem is with Thunderbird, let us know and we can move this thread to the Thunderbird support queue.
