3/5/2019 : It does not have version 65.0.2 anywhere on the list. Yesterday it was there, and now it is not.

That gives a better list of firefox version.

WesEnd, the OP was looking for the Release Notes page of said 65.0.2 as for some reason it was not listed for the OP for a moment.
