In Thunderbird 68, the attachment bar is now displayed in the top of the message pane.

After a TB upgrade to version 68, the attachment bar is nos displayed on the top of the message pane. Is there a way to have it displayed at the bottom, similar to prior TB version?

No - it has been reworked
