Hi, after upgrading the programs to version 102.2.1 after restarting, all folders in the folder panel disappeared. Disabling all add-ons and resetting the bars did not help. I still have all accounts visible in the account settings. I attach a screenshot.

Try this:

Menu icon > Help > More Troubleshooting Information

Under 'Application Basics' - Profile Folder - click on 'Open Folder'

A new window opens showing contents of your 'profile name' folder

Exit Thunderbird now - this is important

Scroll down - delete all of the following files.

  • folderCache.json
  • folderTree.json
  • session.json
  • xulstore.json

Start Thunderbird

check you have this : 'View > Folders > select 'All'

Hi Toad, I decided to reinstall Thunderbird earlier. I copied the entire profile folder to another location and in the new profile folder I imported some settings from backups. I was able to restore the vast majority of settings and restore messages and address books. It seems that there was a conflict between my old profile and the new version of Thunderbird.
