When I down load a document, or go to my internet banking site, the text overlaps and is therefore unreadable. Other sites, parts of the document, say a survey just isn't accessible.

Reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems: View > Zoom > Reset (Ctrl+0 (zero); Cmd+0 on Mac)

If you have increased the minimum font size then try the default setting "none" as a high value can cause issues like you described.

  • Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced > Minimum Font Size (none)
  • Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced > [X] "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above"

Thank you I set the Minimum font Size to none, and "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, etc." The over lap was gone and the text was so small it was almost unreadable....I when to view and zoomed in a few times to enlarge the text...and so far it works...at least for my banking website. Will I have to zoom for every new site or does that vary with the site? Anyway thank you for your help.
