1. The big orange firefox button on the top-left corner is not displaying the menu when i click it. (the button does show it's been clicked though)

2. right click doesn't work anywhere in the window, including the tabs bar, tool bars, and on webpages.

I don't even know how to begin to troubleshoot this and am wondering if anyone else is having this problem too! help?!

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

See "Basic Troubleshooting: Make a new profile":

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.

If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.

See:

You can also try a clean (re)install and delete the Firefox program folder (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\) before installing a newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.

Hi. It seems that nothing that could display menu is working. i.e. bookmarks drop-down, tabs menu, right click, even bookmark folders on the bookmarks toolbar isn't working. I also can't get the menu bar to display, so i dunno how to make a new profile in that case. I think i will try to do a clean install and see if that works.
