TB doesn't recognize my password. Changed my msn password but TB still refuses to accept it.

Suddenly TB stopped accepting my password. One thread suggested changing my account password at msn. I tried that but when I enter the correct msn password I get the following error. "Sending of password for user odehart_5@msn.com did not succeed. Mail server pop3.live.com responded: Authentication failure: unknown user name or bad password. [Error="ProxyNotAuthenticated" AuthResult=0 Proxy=BY2PR15MB0456.namprd15.prod.outlook.com:1995:SSL]" I can access mail in Outlook but not in TB. If it helps I've also had trouble with TB not deleting emails from the server.
