Folder Creation
Hi,
My company and I use your service and I'm doing an investigation by trying to track who created a sub-folder and when. I was wondering if someone could assist me with that or if you could potentially send me a step-by-step guide on how to do so myself?

I'm not a forensic expert, but I'd start with finding out who has the account installed, on a PC or mobile device, and then looking at the date of creation or last modification of the folder by looking at the profile folder. Help/Troubleshooting, Profile Folder, Open Folder, then open the account subfolder of Mail or ImapMail, and look for the folder name. Beyond that, I think you'd have to consult with the account provider to get more details about who is accessing the account and when.
