Getting the following error message when I try to send emails.

Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail: Outgoing server (SMTP) error. The server responded: impout002.msg.chrl.nc.charter.net cmsmtp 107.181.178.78 blocked. Please see https://www.spectrum.net/support/internet/understanding-email-error-codes for more information. AUP#Out-1000.

The link states the following about 1000 errors:

"Your IP address has been blocked due to suspicious activity. If you’re a Spectrum customer using a Spectrum-issued IP, contact us. If you’re using an IP address other than one provided by Spectrum, blocks will remain in place until they expire."

I would take their advice to contact them.
