How to restore link from Juno pop mail to Thunderbird?. Changed password in Juno, then couldn't download messages to Tbird. Tbird help page said go to settings>security>passwords>[highlight affected account]>delete. Then close & reopen Tbird. You will be prompted to sign in. When I restarted Tbird I was not prompted to sign in or create new password. I can't figure out how to get my juno back in conversation with Tbird. mailbox://[p[.juno.com.dvd Thank you! Kathy

Oh, my! There has been a big change. This time I clicked a little dot with 2 sets of Parentheses around, very lower left. That prompted me "do you want to check email before you go offline. When I clicked on that online/offline icon, I did get a dialogue box to enter my password. And when I did, the emails in my Juno inbox downloaded.

I thought I had clicked at least once on each icon in all the menus. I think maybe my problems are solved. Thank you for your help.

Kathy, Please review your settings>privacy&security and report whether there is an entry there for your Juno account. If there is, then you have not deleted it yet. You may need to first click 'saved passwords' and then 'show passwords'

David, Thank you for your quick response. I went to > settings>privacy&security and did not find an entry there for my Juno account. But somehow clicking about I found Saved Logins which is empty.

Provider & Username & Last... within Saved Logins are empty.
I entered http://pop.juno.com.dvd into the search box at the top of the Saved Logins window & it wouldn't run.

Thanks. Kathy

Do you receive any error messages when you click to receive messages? This is puzzling.
