toolbar (file -- bookmarks will not appear. Solutions previously shown do not work, such as ALT, V T M. Help!
Toolbar containing "file...bookmarks...tools does not appear. Sometimes when accessing new page it will appear. It is never on my email page making it impossible to copy and paste items from webpages and mail them. I have numerous bookmarks for favorite webpages and cannot access them without this toolbar.

Hitting the Alt key doesn't show the Menu bar?
Are you sure you aren't in Fullscreen ? Try hitting F11 or move the cursor to the top of the screen.
