How do I stop Firefox from crashing when I attempt to print to any one of my three printers, even the default one? All are controlled by printer switches. One is a Dell 720 Photo Printer, another one is a Canon BJ 4100, and the third is a Panasonic KX-P2023. All printers are properly programed as they work great with IE8 on another computer.
