Why can't different tabs have different languages?
I want to be able to switch between tabs, and that each tab will remember the language I used in it. Both explorer and chrome have this feature, but firefox does not, and I really like firefox in all other manners. This is a very important feature for non-english speaking counties. I have wrote this question before (6 months ago), but did not get any feedback. FF4beta does not seem to have this feature as well.

Maybe try to contact the developer of the Content Preferences extension and ask if he can include that in a next version. The extension can set the encoding, but not the language if that is what you want.
