on 5.0 .... not working with AOL checkup .... must go back to 3.6 ... how do I do that ... thank you

called AOL to tell them AOL checkup was constantly shutting down ... they told me to downgrade FIREFOX to 3.0 from 5.0 ... how do I do that

You can downgrade to Firefox 3.6 by going to Add / Remove programs in Control Panel and uninstalling Firefox. Control Panel can be accessed by click on Start --> Control Panel. You can then download Firefox 3.6 using an alternative browser such as IE from this page http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html .
