Dropdown Menus
After upgrading to Windows 11, when I am online, any dropdown menu will not stay open so I can select an option. This occurs in in Firefox, Chrome, and Edge. I had to use another computer to post this because the above topic menu would not stay open.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.
I booted into safe mode with network support. But after the reboot I got an error message that I was not connected to the internet. The wifi icon was not in the task bar and when I troubleshot, it said to get out of safe mode, which I did.
I never said this was a desktop. It is a laptop. WIFI works in regular mode but not in safe mode with networking.
