Hi, I've followed your guide to adding email contacts to a blocklist. I have done exactly as the guide says, so PLS dont link the guide. But still the email arrives in my inbox from senders that I have blocked. What the hell is the problem? Is there any setting that I made wrong? I want all junk mail not even to come up in my inbox. I do not want them at all. I have attached a picture. As you can see, I get mail from a sender I've blocked.

Just above your list of rules, is it set to "Match all of the following, "Match any of the following" or "Match all messages"?

In most cases, using direct discrimination against a list of unwanted senders, you'd need "Match any of the following".

It might help for you to include a link to the advice you've been following. Then we know what you have or have not been told to do.

I have choose "Match all of the following" in my list. What link do you mean? :)

I would logically expect you to use match any of the following as the email will only contain one of the addresses listed, not all of them.

You said "I've followed your guide" - what guide?

As Matt says, you need "match any of the following" not "match all of the following".

any == OR all == AND
