Right-click on each of the pictures that you want to save, one at a time, and select "Save Image As..." from the menu. As long as you save it to a location where you can find it, you should be able to go to the site where you want to upload them and select the pictures from the file dialog that appears during the upload process. I can't give specifics about how to start the upload process because that can vary quite a bit between different websites, but there will probably be an Upload button or something like that.

Besides being able to save an image, you can also select "Email Image..." or "Share This Image". If you want to upload the pictures to a popular social media site, you may just be able to use the Share command.
