Prior to updating to version 4 I had no problem using the magnify key on Ancestry census page. Now I can turn it on but remains in middle section and I cannot move cursor to highlight turn off key. I had no probelm in previous version. I tried using IE and had no problem with it.

What is the 'magnify key' is that a feature of the site itself, of your Windows XP Operating System, or something else ?

I presume it is some sort of plugin as you have "image Control Plugin for viewing images on Ancestry.com. Version 1.0.0.1" showing in your system information.

You could ask the site if there is a new version compatibile with Firefox 4, otherwise you may need to consider downgrading back to firefox 3.6 see installing a previous version of firefox

Thanks for the reply, yes it is a 'magnify key' which highlights a particular section. As I said I can use it as previuos in IE, so I will inform Ancestry. Regards, jimpat
