When accessing a certain website (Straighttalk.com) the lock icon at the bottom right corner of Firefox has a red circle with an exclamation mark in it. Clicking on that to get more information, I get the message, "web site does not supply ownership information" and "connection partially encripted". When I contact Straight Talk, they assure me that their web site is secure and that the problem is with my Firefox settings. Is this true?

I see the same broken padlock on the "https://www.straighttalk.com/MyAccount" page. So it looks that there is something wrong.
