On the website, nydailynews.com, some text in the articles on that site are redacted and I cannot read them. If I use Internet Explorer I can read them fine.

Hi cpjohn1,

Have you looked at the Websites look wrong or appear differently than they should Knowledge Base article? There is a ton of useful information in there for troubleshooting display issues.

None of this helps. nydailynews.com still has redacted text. I can read the front page, but when I click on an article the text is all greyed out. Below is how the text of the articles look like.

Can you post a screenshot? (It sounds like a font/CSS issue but hard to tell without a screenshot)

What extensions do you have? Go to Firefox > Customize > Add-ons

Try disabling it and restarting Firefox.

You may also have a font problem (Arial, Georgia).

You can do a font test to see if you can identify corrupted font(s).

You can use this extension to see which fonts are used for selected text.
