Crystalstark.co.za has an email reply facility which Mozilla fails to use, but Internet explore will use to initiate Outlook express. Please help.
The site has a Hyperlink to enable an e-mail reply. When opening the site in IE, the hyperlink is recognised, but Firefox does not recognise the hyperlink. Neither does Chrome!!

That web page is a MS Office document that still has some VML code that only works in IE and not in other browsers.
You can inspect the page code here:
- Firefox > Web Developer > Page Source
- Tools > Web Developer > Page Source (Ctrl+U)
- right-click on a web page to open the context menu and select View Page Source
