Cannot send or receive roadrunner mail thru Mozilla thunderbird
I was once able to use Mozilla Thunderbird for Roadrunner email. However, just stopped working. TWC Support verified that all my settings are correct and insisted that this is a problem with Mozilla Thunderbird, as RoadRunner mail works on Galaxy S4 & Tablet.

I see that you use McAfee, a well-known source of problems with TB. Try disabling its action on mail folders and see if that helps:
https://wiki.mozilla.org/Thunderbird:Testing:Antivirus_Related_Performance_Issues#McAfee
I disabled McAfee's action on mail folders.
When I send a TEST e-mail, I get the following error message:
"Sending of message failed. The message could not be sent because the connection to SMTP server smtp-server.nyc.rr.com timed out. Try again or contact your network administrator."
I contacted Time Warner Cable for assistance with RoadRunner on Thunderbird and, again, they confirmed that all settings are correct and referred me back to Mozilla Thunderbird.
You have SSL security on port 110 for the incoming server, but I don't see that in the Roadrunner support:
http://www.timewarnercable.com/en/support/internet/step-by-step/twc-mail.html
Try Connection security = None and Authentication = password, transmitted insecurely.
For the outgoing server, use STARTTLS security on port 587, authentication = normal password, User name = your email address. If that doesn't work, try security = None (other settings the same).

...Yes, the "tech guys" at TWC told me to set SSL security on Port 110 for the incoming server.

That seemed to troubleshoot the issue for 3 of the 4 accounts. *thumbs up* And, a million thanks for this! :)
Now, the issue with the 4th account seems to be with "The RETR command did not succeed. Error retrieving a message. Mail server pop-server.nyc.rr.com responded: no such message."...Whatever that is. *rolling eyes* I will check this forum for RETR command issues.
Thanks so much!!!
For the "no such message" error, see this post:
