Facebook news feed cannot be loaded sometimes when I scroll down to the bottom. I've already clear cookie and cache and the problem still exist even I run in safe mode. IE don't have such problem. Can anyone help please? I'm using the latest version of Firefox.

Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe web sites. Is the problem still there?

The problem still exist after using my computer in safe mode with networking. However, I found that Facebook news feed can be loaded properly after reinstalling Firefox without removing add-ons and profiles. Why is it like this? During installation, I saw there is a new thing called Mozilla Maintenance Service and I've installed it. Is it neccessary to install it?

Sometimes, a file is corrupted. Doing a re-instal can fix that.

That is only on Window computers, and installs with Firefox.

The problem is back again. If it continues, I'll use IE to browse Facebook.

Hey erik8mzl, the thread was escalated for more help. If there is a corrupt cookie or script call it can also affect the functionality of the page. Since it still happens in networking safe mode I am wondering if its just general performance.

Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.

You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one. Windows 8 has antivirus built-in already.

Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.
