I upgraded to firefox 77 on my windows 10 system and now my passwords stored in lockwise are gone and when I try to run the sync to include the passwords they will not sync back

That is a login error as you can see in the last few lines in this log.
You can try to disconnect and reconnect to the Sync account.
You can also try to rename/remove signedInUser.json in the profile folder with Firefox closed.
You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.

hii Yes, both are normally the same account although you can have multiple Firefox Accounts each with its own email address. Sync needs a Firefox Account, but a Firefox Account can be used for more services.

I have only 1 firefox account and I am signed in on it on the FF 77 machine so that is not the issue. I have tried to manually sync using the sync tab and it will not bring over the login info.
hello
When using Sync, your Firefox Accounts login is stored with your saved passwords in the Lockwise password manager. ... Once the master password has been entered, Sync can also access your other saved passwords and sync them between your devices.
I don't have a "master" password setup on this account. I have 4 other computers that are syncing correctly with each other just not this one.
You can open about:sync-log via the location bar to see whether recent Sync logs are available.
You can upload a recent log and post the link if the log is too big to put in a reply.
