Using : torbrowser, windows 7, Issue : Mozilla says won't allow proxy explanation : we have to use proxies for all internet access in countries where there is heavy censorship of the internet.

Message says : The proxy server is refusing connections Firefox is configured to use a proxy server that is refusing connections. Check the proxy settings to make sure that they are correct. Contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working.

Note that TOR comes with its own (possibly modified) Firefox version.

Are you using this modified Firefox version in the TOR bundle?

Check the connection settings as you currently seem to be using a proxy that isn't working.
