If the Firefox user interface (menu bar) is in the wrong language or if you want to change the current language then you can get Firefox in the language of your choice here:

Are you asking about Firefox, or the web page? If its the web page, a few have a language choice option. Some are in the form of national flags. For those without, there are web sites that if you access them, they will do the translating for you.
