When I receive emails and change the page or switch to another program, the emails auto delete and cannot be retrieved. They do not go into any folder. They simply disappear. This creates a great deal of trouble for me and I would like to know how to fix this.

This did help me recover the the lost emails but does not solve the issue of emails disappearing when I change pages.
