A new account will not connect "the current operation did not succeed". How do I fix this?
I am trying to add an account that is currently being used on GoDaddy's email server. I have added other email from this sever before but for some reason, I am unable to connect the account. I manually configured the account to import as an IMAP account. I specified the incoming server port as 145 and the outgoing server port as 465. The account shows up but none of the emails show up and I have consistently received the error message reading "the current operation did not succeed..." but I cannot read the read of the error message. Below is what is in the Error Console. Please help.

I specified the incoming server port as 145
The default IMAP port without encryption is 143. IMAP with SSL/TLS uses port 993.
I redid the account with the server port as 143 and I am still having the same issue. The emails will not load.
Check with your email provider about the correct server settings. Please post that information here.
