Roboform full length toolbar
I understand that it's now a requirement of Mozilla to only have Roboform as an extension and not a full length toolbar. Well in that case I wont be using Firefox any longer. The full length Roboform toolbar works fine on Internet Explorer. So unless you bring this feature back I think you will lose a hell of a lot of users!

How an extension is made and what features the extension has is the responsibility of the developer of that extension. Siber Systems is responsible for the RoboForm extension for Firefox, so ask them if or when they will have a suitable WebExtension to meet your expectations.
RoboForm has always been offered as an extension for Firefox, so that's nothing new. That said, RoboForm has recently released a new WebExtension for Firefox which has "less power" than the traditional Firefox extensions of the past. Best compared to what they do for Chrome and Edge which both use WebExtensions, rather than to Internet Explorer and Firefox of the recent past.

I've been an exclusive Firefox user for nearly 13 years now! And I and my business have been a RoboForm password manager (Siber Sys) for about 10 years now. But, since you've now tried to stop or encumber RoboForm in general, and seemingly completely in macOS Sierra, we have no choice but to move on to another browser. I'm extremely disappointed in Firefox!

I am sorry, but I second the concern of Wickerman and completely disagree with what you have claimed to be the 'solution' to this issue.
This issue should NOT be closed as it is not solve. Roboform is NOT responsible for this problem. Firefox caused this unhappiness amongst Firefox and Roboform customers because Firefox decided to deprecate the feature on Firefox that made it possible for Siber systems to create the Roboform toolbar that the customers of both Firefox and Roboform want, like and expect.
Sure, Firefox owns its browser and you can do with it as you please if you don't care about your customers. However we are UNHAPPY with the decision and we hope that all this messages are being passed on to the people at Mozilla who took this very unpopular decision that is causing many of us to desperately look for another browser that will fulfill our needs.
As a user of Firefox and Roboform for over a decade I dont think that I am alone in this frustration and I honestly don't think that Mozilla wants all of its Firefox users to remove Firefox and move to another browser.
Perhaps Mozilla didn't realize that their change would cause so much anger and put at risk the use of Firefox by all of its customers. Hopefully somebody can escalate this issue to the right level at Firefox so that they can reconsider.
If none of the moderators in this forum can do that, perhaps you can tell us what is the appropriate avenue for that.
I will take this on in a general way. Firefox Extensions as they where are a security risk. With all the hype about security and hacking then you should know that this then is important and changes had to be made to enhance "your" security.
Hence new instructions where issued to developers to make changes to "their" Extensions as Mozilla Firefox developed a new engine to run underneath the UI.
Also the W3C.og (World Wide Web Consortium) in charge of standards and practices for webpages and how to code things has made changes that required Mozilla to make Changes to Firefox to be in compliance with these updating and ever changing standards.
Thus everything in the last year has been leading to Firefox Quantum Version 57 release date Nov. 14th 2017 https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/quantum/ and thus explains the changes as what happens with every web browser and web page design.
Regards. Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

All this is understood, but when Roboform is integrated into one's workflow the new workarounds really are quite inconvenient compared to the previous toolbar.
We are trying to get the message across that developers need to think about what users require, and must find creative ways of meeting those requirements. Isn't that what software development is all about? Not just flatly saying, "It can't be done."
"We are trying to get the message across that developers need to think about what users require ..."
As I stated almost 5 months ago - How an extension is made and what features the extension has is the responsibility of the developer of that extension. Talk to Siber Systems about their extension for Firefox.
Please include me among the unhappy Firefox/Roboform users. Mozilla's non-answer to the complaints only causes the rage to increase. How about working with Roboform developers to come up with a solution instead of blaming them for a problem you yourselves created? And please don't continue to hide behind the "We're improving your security so you should thank us" argument. It's not resonating with any of us.

Just other Firefox users here in the middle of a weekend.
