robot verification window
This is a very important page I could access til Sunday 24th December. The administrator in order to increase security, added a human verification status called robot. This pop window does not appear using my Mozilla Firefox Browser, as long as this does not appear; my access to this important page is denied or blocked. PLEASE HELP.

If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block (wanted) content (e.g. Adblock Plus, NoScript, Ghostery, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block (wanted) content.
- make sure your extensions and filters are updated to the latest version
You can check the Web Console (Tools -> Web Developer) for messages about blocked content and about the presence of mixed or unsafe content.
You can check the Network Monitor to see if content is blocked or otherwise fails to load.
If necessary use "Ctrl+F5" or "Ctrl+Shift+R" to reload the page and bypass the cache to generate a fresh log.
There are other things that need attention. The System Details list shows an outdated plugin.
- Shockwave Flash 19.0 r0
You can find plugin details like the installation path on the about:plugins page.
You can download the latest Flash player plugin for Firefox on this page.

Please provide public link(s) (no password) that we can check out. No Personal Information Please !
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
Can you post the extensions list as shown on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page?
Did you try Firefox Safe Mode.
