How do I enlarge the font size in gmail? It was suddenly much smaller when I opened it a few days ago. I enlarged it to 18 in Preferences, but when I tried to increase the percentage of enlargement from 133%, it went back to the smaller size. Then the window for increasing percentages disappeared. I see a lot of people are complaining that their font size also spontaneously changed, usually to a smaller size. I am also visually impaired, so this is a real problem.

If there is still a problem,

Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

While you are in Troubleshoot(Safe) mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
