I am asked for a FIP or FIPS password every time I go to any new site. I tried to look it up & got a Federal site that made no sense to me. I am just a regular user, not a Web Developer which is what it seemed to refer to. If anyone can help I would be so grateful. Thanks for even taking a look at this...

You seem to have enabled FIPS.

Tools > Options > Advanced > Certificates Press the Security Devices on the right. You probably see a Disable FIPS button here
