Hello Uglyduckling, in your system details Adobe Flash player plugin not exist, you can download the latest from : http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

You need the Plugin version of Flash for Firefox. The ActiveX version of Flash is for Internet Explorer and the Pepper version is for Google Chrome.

Every time i download it it says "Only a single instance of this program can run." This conundrum i have is thinning my hair and my patience. I expect to go bald in two hours.

then try to download and install again from the links in above replies.
